Cancellation of Orders, Returns & Refunds

You can cancel your order at any stage up to the point of dispatch at no charge. Simply contact us by phone on +353539422679 or email orders@eoinoconnor.com. To help us assist you as quickly as possible please quote your order reference number.

There are some exceptions to returning your order. All rolled paper prints, large and extra large deluxe frames are custom made and are NOT included in our returns policy. Unfortunately we cannot offer either a refund or exchange on these products. 

If you have purchased online or over the phone you are entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days, which begins on the day you receive delivery of your order. During the cooling-off period, you may cancel your order for any reason. Upon cancellation, you must return your order within 14 days. During this time you are responsible for keeping the goods you bought in perfect resalable condition, if you don't you may have to pay diminished value. 

If you have purchased in our gallery we offer exchange only, up to 30 days after purchase. A receipt or gift receipt must be produced to exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We will make the necessary arrangements to facilitate the return of the order and will reimburse you within 14 days. While we are more than happy to help if you wish to return goods that are not faulted or damaged you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the goods.

We work hard to ensure that our goods arrive at your door exactly as they left ours. Unfortunately, accidents can happen. In the unfortunate case of goods becoming broken or damaged in transit, we will offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any delivery costs incurred. 

My Gift vouchers will be sent to you or the Lucky recipient with the value of the voucher and a unique discount code.  So now they can be redeemed either in my gallery or on my website.  Under the Consumer Protection for vouchers bought after 2nd December 2019 they are now valid for 5 years from date of purchase.
